Placed an order on 27 November which was Christmas gift. Despite many assurances it would arrive my order has not been fulfilled. I have requested a refund and even though I shared I would write this review, no refund has been processed and I have been asked to remain patient. I am appalled by the lack of customer care or willingness to accept that they have failed to deliver. Avoid. Edited 9/1/25Whilst the knife did arrive on 8/1/25 - I sent six emails ahead of this to ask for a refund as, from my initial enquiry I let you know that it was a present for Christmas. It is no longer needed. Your bland reply does not address my dissatisfaction. I request a refund and will email you directly AGAIN!
