Have written FIVE emails to customer support. It's been over a week now and I have yet to receive a single response. We are sending out our wedding invitations and have a problem with our website, where we'll be directing our guests to RSVP. This is obviously time sensitive and extremely stressful. HORRIBLE support -- not even the courtesy of a response, let alone a timely one! Do NOT recommend.UPDATE: Bumped this up from 1 to 3 stars after finally hearing back from customer support. They apologized for the delay & corrected our website for us free of charge to make up for the slow response time. Still frustrating to have to wait so long for help, but nice that they did their best to make it right & didn't charge us. Thanks!
