Absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order in November and after a week with no updates, I checked on the tracking, only to discover it hadn't shipped. I was told it would be sent "soon," but only four out of twelve items from a £350 order were shipped. They assured me the rest would come shortly, but the follow-up email only contained a few items again. They misled me. Now, I have four separate packages arriving with barely anything, and hardly any of it in time for Christmas despite the promised 5-7 day shipping. Given their operations under Australian law, I plan to seek at least a partial refund as a legal professional. The turnaround is ridiculous, customer service is unresponsive, and when they do respond, it’s just more misleading information. My partner usually spends around £3000 here annually, but we will *never* come back.
