I have ordered 3 times (about 14 items all in all) and good experience every time. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 days with full tracking information. My orders arrived to the UK around 2 weeks after the order date (no extra taxes or fees after orders placed). Longest wait was 18 days when I made an order across holiday weekend. Products are great quality and the sizing is as described for each item. They tend to be oversized and so I order one size smaller than usual. Check sizing guide before ordering and measure yourself.Out of all the orders, only 1 time a product came in the wrong size. I contacted via email got a fast reply. As it was their mistake they were happy to cover shipping costs for returning the incorrect item back, and with no fuss shipped out the correct item and provided tracking info. I was really happy it was settled so quickly!You also always get a discount code when you make an order and go onto share a photo of the item (they send an email after products arrive). Also when you refer a friend they can get a discount straight away.
