Totally unacceptable experience. I placed an order in November and after a week with no updates, I checked on the tracking, only to find that it still hadn't shipped. I was assured it would be dispatched "soon," but only four out of twelve items from a £350 order were sent. They claimed the rest would follow shortly, but when I received another email, it was again just a few items. They misled me. Now, I have four separate packages arriving with only bits and pieces, and hardly anything in time for Christmas despite the stated 5-7 day shipping timeframe. As they operate under Australian law, I intend to pursue at least a partial refund as a legal professional. The turnaround time is absurd, customer service is unresponsive, and when they do reply, it’s just more misinformation. My partner typically spends around £3000 annually here, but we will *never* return.
