This is the first time I have used this company and I can say I would definitely use them again if I have a further issues with evicting tenants. I had used other solicitor companies with no real success. I looked up The Landlord Group and after reading I decided to go with them to evict a very problematic tenant. The good thing with this company is they do different services and you know exactly what you are paying. I paid around £200 for them to take a look at my case and give me back the information I needed to move forward. This is when I took up their full services and had a success in my eviction case.
