I placed my order and paid for same-day delivery two days ago, yet nothing has happened. I received tracking details that required an app to access, but there are no tracking updates available. When I tried to call for assistance, I heard a message stating that the service was closed for a party on Friday morning. They took my money, guaranteed same-day delivery, and then completely ignored my order to hold a party. This has to be one of the worst online ordering experiences I've ever encountered.
