I mistakenly ordered the ebook and promptly informed them that I wanted the physical book instead, but they told me it was too late and that I would need to order the book again. There was no refund offered, nor any link to pay the additional $30 for the physical copy. I can't access the ebook and feel completely lost, having wasted $49.99. The customer service was awful. I'm really let down as I genuinely wanted the book.
