A terrible customer service experience. I signed up and was listed as number 8,000 in their ‘review que’. Over the course of two weeks the in app customer service team repeatedly tried to get me to sign up to their paid platform to jump to the top of this que/review system. I never moved in the queA garbage experience. Don’t waste your time
