Initial response was a bit defensive and hesitant to solve my issue, but I asked for a higher authority and my issue was quickly resolved. David fixed a mistake I made on my end regarding my accounts, which at first seemed was not going to be solved, but once I reached out to a higher administrator it was very quickly resolved.
