I decided to give LEGENDS Trading a second chance, thinking maybe they had improved. Big mistake.I tried to take advantage of their 90% discount, but the site removed my discount code right at checkout — and I ended up paying full price for two accounts. These accounts aren’t cheap, and when I contacted support immediately after noticing the issue, they couldn’t have cared less.The response was robotic, unhelpful, and completely dismissive. They made zero effort to resolve what was clearly a system glitch. No understanding, no goodwill, no accountability — just a brick wall of “policy.”They claimed they would escalate the issue but that was a lie and after I followed up, they just sent a link to the policy and nothing else.At this point, it’s clear this company sees its customers as nothing more than dollar signs. They’re not interested in fairness or long-term relationships — only in squeezing every cent they can.If you value your money or your time, do not waste either on this firm. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know — in fact, I’ll actively discourage others from signing up. Maybe they’ll fix their systems someday, but for now, this is an absolute mess of a company.Avoid LEEGNDS Trading. Period.UPDATE (October 20, 2025):After my original review, the CEO of Legends Trading personally reached out to make things right — and I want to acknowledge that. They offered a refund and handled the situation with professionalism and sincerity. I genuinely appreciate that level of accountability and care.It’s clear Legends Trading is still a newer firm with areas to improve, particularly around customer service communication and response time. But it also feels clear they’re listening, learning, and actively working to become better. That matters.I respect the CEO for taking the time to address this directly — it shows character and leadership. I now believe they’re moving in the right direction, and I’m rooting for them to continue improving and growing stronger as a firm.I’m rooting for them and plan on working with them in the future as I have had high hopes for them. Room for improvement but they seem to be on the right track
