They heard me and solved the problem

I bought this prop trading account in hopes to participate in the BDH trading contest. I live in Lithuania and my name, as you may know, contains non-latin characters like "š" and "č". I have multiple trading/banking/investment accounts in US-based prop firms and those that don't allow non-latin characters, do not even allow to input them, so I have to substitute my real name. This was not the case, they let me to input my real name with non-latin characters.However, when I wanted to trade, I first needed to sign agreements with Tradovate company, and due to numerous errors using different browsers on PC (Chrome, Firefox and Edge) and mobile Chrome, I contacted their support.I was serviced by 4 different agents, and the last one, Kareem, contacted his management and came back with a solution: I have to sign up under different email and they would provide me another account at their expense. But after I accepted this solution and created another account, support agent backed off, saying that it was a mistake on my part (again, their system allowed to enter my real name with non-Latin characters, so why it's a mistake to put a real name?). I asked for a refund right away. He declined.I told them that if they value customer less than $39, and then introduced him to my course of action: file a chargeback, write detailed 1 star review on Trust Pilot and message on X tagging the company and their CEO. He said "there's nothing he can do". So. I was scammed of $39, as I clearly cannot use their service and not even try to use due to the technical glitch, and since they said "there's nothing we can do".UPDATE: After I posted this review here and on X platform, tagging their CEO, he reacted immediately and instructed his team to take care of it. End result - after 24 hours of frustration and back and forth with support team and missing 1/5 days of the contest, I am finally able to participate in it.So even if we started on a wrong foot, I am happy that they accepted responsibility to correct the course.
