In general everything was fine. First I had received a faulty Moses basket, got worried because my due date was close. The Customer Service is really helpful and trying to resolve everything. I was lucky to communicate with Harriet, with her support my issue was resolved very fast. The Moses basket and fitted sheet I’ve ordered are of good quality and look nice.
