I have previously purchased the moses basket, sheets and blankets and they are all beautiful - high quality, lovely colours and excellent service. This time I purchased a mattress for my cot as a back up option and decided to return it. The product itself has no issue and the returns process was excellent - really good customer service, quick response, gave multiple free return options and arranged a courier to come and collect it. It's nice to be given options like this when you are heavily pregnant and trying to juggle other things with limited energy! Thank you for your help and I'll be back for more as our baby outgrows the smallest sizes!
