I ordered the twist natural fit cot bed mattress, protector and 2 sheets at £256. However upon reviewing the mattress and fitting it into our cot I realised that I had been sent the wrong size. The protector and sheets however came on a different Day. The packaging that these came in was damaged and ripped leaving the contents exposed.After going backwards and forwards for 5 days on email, I eventually ended up ringing them to resolve the matter where they finally agreed to send a replacement. The delivery I was told would be in 2 days time on a Friday however I wasn’t given a delivery time and was told it could be anywhere between 8am and 6pm. This was the same with the return which was to be collected by currier on the following Monday. I was told yet again that I would not have a specific time it would just be between the hours of 8am and 6pm however if the currier wasn’t able to make it that day then I’d have to wait in on the Tuesday until they had been. This wouldn’t be so bad not for the fact that I have a 3 month old infant who is also suffering from having to stay in not 2 but maybe 3 days to sort an issue that wasn’t our fault. How is this classed as being acceptable and why should I have to be the one to sacrifice my time and sit in the house all day with an infant to wait for a currier that may not come. All in all for the amount of money I spent the service I got wasn’t adequate or acceptable. I wasn’t even offered any form of compensation for the troubles caused from both the faulty and wrong items sent or the inconvenience of having to wait for the currier for possibly 3 days
