One star too many for this company. Ordered a cot through another retailer. Item arrived damaged. The reputable retailer has been trying to resolve with them with no joy whatsoever. I've been informed that they are unable to quality check stock (cots) before sending it out to the customer. With baby due imminently and waiting 2.5 months for a resolution, I reached out to them directly, explaining where the cot was purchased to see if they could help. After requesting unnecessary information and multiple emails, first they offered to help and try and resolve, then they then redirected me back to the other retailer- despite their initial offer to look in to and try and resolve. I've now been waiting 10 weeks for a cot- two damaged ones later and far too much stress- the lovely designs simply aren't worth the stress and the hassle. I'm still without a cot! If you want your cot to arrive in time, I suggest purchasing before you see that positive line on the pregnancy test, even then, I'd have little hope and faith in this company being able to deliver!
