Got bought something by a friend and the items are tarnishing, I asked for info on the material and asked if they could contact their manufacture to ask for advice. They couldn’t, they said without proof of purchase they couldn’t help (although tall branding care labels confirm it’s their product) they won’t help on the advice. Didn’t ask for a exchange or refund just asked for product knowledge and material advice from their product team or manufacture. Wasn’t able to help me at all .. overall very disappointed due the expense my fiend went to for these items. Shame the customer service isn’t better
