Nikki was incredibly quick and efficient at resolving my issue. I had placed an order and paid for nominated day delivery, specifically because I was moving house and wanted the mattress delivered the day after we moved in. The courier company sent an email 6 days before my chosen date to inform me the package was out for delivery (to my new house that I don't even have keys for). Because I was looking after our 1 year old I didn't have time to call so sent an email to customer services and Nikki responded within 30 minutes to apologise and say she'd sort it out with the courier. She rebooked our delivery to the day we requested and got it all sorted which really relieved my stress around having to deal directly with the courier myself. Excellent customer service.
