Contacted LGS following a product fault in a product I purchased from another retailer. Used the contact form on the website twice and had no reply. Noted from TrustPilot that customer service is very good, so I tried again via the chat function and got connected with Demi. I was pleased about this as Demi has several good reviews so I had faith in her resolving my issue.
