Purchased Twist Natural Cot Bed Mattress and mattress protectors as John Lewis was out of stock. The quality of the product surpassed any imagination. I expected it to be good as it was hand made and there were countless positive reviews. But the mattress was so good that I wanted to use it instead of the baby (albeit as a cushion rather than bed mattress..) The price is definitely on the high end in the market but I believe it is worth every penny of the price. The protector was also of great quality as well. There was slight miscommunication with delivery as DX (delivery firm) updated it as delivered without actually making the delivery. I got in touch with The Little Green Sheep and got through to the customer services quickly (none of those 30mins+ waiting time that you may have with some other firms..). Nikki then understood the issue quickly and assured me of a resolution to the issue. And the next day, DX delivered the item. Their excuse was that they updated to delivered by mistake due to heavy traffic but no apology was made. Still didnt understand why they would update it as delivered rather than delay... I would guess its related to their performance review. Regardless, Nikki was able to resolve it quickly and I received the items without any damage in good packaging.
