I had a small issue with receiving the wrong lining in my moses basket, I phoned customer service and was given clear instructions of how to resolve this, I couldn’t believe how quickly my issue was resolved (the next day) and I was even able to keep the wrong lining as a spare! I am so pleased with the service from the little green sheep regardless of the small mixup, highly recommend and I will be ordering more, thank you very much! :)
