Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order on a Thursday before 1pm and it was confirmed I had qualified for free next day delivery. This was the reason I ordered direct rather than with John Lewis for example. I waited in the whole of Friday and received no update. It is now Monday, I called at 9am and they advised there had been delays but that customers had been notified by email (I still haven’t received any such email). They confirmed the order was on its way but that tracking information wasn’t available but someone would be in touch by email to provide this once available. I was told this would be the same day. By 4pm no one had been in touch so I called again, tracking number provided. I came off the phone, tried the tracking number and it doesn’t work so I called back and they are now saying it’s an issue with Yodel and I need to try again in a few hours! Here we are on Monday evening with no sign of the delivery and no way of knowing when it will arrive. Absolutely shocking service and wish I had just stuck to John Lewis or Mamas & Papas. Avoid at all costs! My baby is due imminently and the staff I spoke to all give the impression they couldn’t care less.
