Unless you are very rich don't use the company. Their hourly rates are absolutely disgusting they run through the blub when someone calls so fast that a senior can get very confused very quickly. This resulted in my elderly mother having to pay out £464 to have her toilet Syphon valve changed. The "plumber " that came round clearly wasted time so it ran over an hour by some 17 minutes meaning the charge was for 2 hours. Worse was to follow the toilet didn't work correctly and she had to get another plumber to sort it out.Use at your own peril
