No where on the website does it mention, that they charge a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE of nearly £99.00 +Vat = £118.80, which you have to pay upfront on the phone.I said, I am not comfortable giving you the money upfront and asked them what does it cover. He said it covers 1 hour labour and you can pay the part to the tradesman. Then I had a shock, when the tradesman charged labour and part. I told the tradesman, I have already paid them. He replied, I have nothing to do with them. I asked this company for a full refund for mis-selling their services. Managed to get 50%. The job cost me double.Their Business ethics are questionable and scamming vulnerable people was a bad experience. Being dishonest and untrustworthy will be their downfall. I wish I had read all the reviews before I parted with the money.
