SCAM ARTISTS- AVOID AVOID AVOIDHappy to take your money (£120) and promise a call out by 5pm the same day.. I then rang at 4pm as I hadn’t heard anything and was told they would be with me within the hour. At 16:58 Lewis (the worst customer service I’ve ever received) called to say my engineer wouldn’t be coming today and that my money was non-refundable. Stupidly I hadn’t read these other reviews before booking with them. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
