Took my £75 only for a phone call. They said their engineer came on the same day, which is not true, and their engineer came 48 hours after a phone call. Their engineer took 2 minutes to look the fridge and advise me to pay £200 to repair the fridge. New fridge cost me £150. Spoke with the customer service and the customer service is very unprofessional, rude and said you have to pay to the engineer separately whatever cost. £75 cost only for answer the phone.
