Eager to take money upfront (seemed odd) only to find from receipt delivered later that had been charged £81 for “non-refundable call-out fee”! Very rude and hostile when challenged next day. Be very careful dealing with these people and think of spending more wisely elsewhere. Looks like a long haul through the small-claims courts ahead.
