I phoned this company yesterday. They said they would be out yesterday or today but still no sign of them. I was charged £75 and told they charged by the half hour with no call out charge. After I had paid I got a text saying "all additional payments including the second half of the minimum 1 hour fee, should be paid directly to the tradesman attending the site".At no point in my phone conversation with these people did it say the minimum charge was one hour. I tried phoning again a few minutes ago but there was no answer and if I reply to the text it doesn't go through. I have not received a receipt from these people.
