Absolute scam. Please be aware. This company promises to provide reliable engineer contact number and charge £75 for first half hour labour service, with minimum 1 hr service. This means you will have to pay to the engineer at least an hour additional labour charge on top of £75 already charged by the company. This is not mentioned in the payment confirmation message they send. They dont Email a payment receipt. This payment term is no where explained on their website. Their website is very misleading as they claim to be 5 star rated!!We requested a local plumber contact number with clear requirement of replacing flush valve. We were assured of same day service.Plumber turned up next day evening . Glanced the flush and said yah flush valve needs to be replaced. Plumber has now sent in a quote with £75 charge to replace the valve. I can not dispute this on Sec75 as the transaction value is less than £100. I feel looted and helpless and concerned about much vulnerable customers in the area. I hoping to reach out to local authorities to get this stopped. Please be ware!!
