I ordered a silver locket with engraving for our daughter's 30th birthday. We were so pleased with the quality of the locket and engraving. It came in a lovely box and arrived early too. Our daughter is over the moon with her locket.
We found the customer service department very helpful and they managed to sort out a little hiccup very quickly...also keeping us updated....thank you.
