I have been taking Longevity Complete for almost three months now and I feel great. As I have pre-existing medical conditions I never take supplements without medical advice and regular blood testing permits my doctor to see if any new supplement is having an adverse effect on my health. LC has passed with flying colors and in fact some of my markers seem to have improved. The product is really complete - just like the name suggests. Every single ingredient has been researched in the past and its efficiency proven so its no surprise that LC really helps to improve overall health and well-being. The combo of minerals, vitamins and new generation supplements like nicotinamide riboside and créatine monohydrate ensure that the daily intake covers a wide range of requirements and replaces the need to take other mono-ingredient supplements. The company has recently launched their Omega 3 supplement and the team was kind enough to send me a 30 day trial sample free of cost. I have added this to my daily ritual and while it is too early to say if it is making a difference I am confident that this will meet my needs. The EPA/DHA ratio is perfect and the supplement does not smell fishy like many other Omega 3 supplements.
