I'm about half a month in I mix it will about 350/400ml water and a little extra creatine monohydrate to match my previous intake.Both me and my wife are now taking this and I have to say that it is a great product with a noticeable improvement in general energy levels, just being able to take one convenient drink is also fantastic, I will say that we have both noticed a strange side effect of much more vivid dreaming, since the first few days of taking it.
