By far the most effective, cost efficient longevity supplement out there. I have tried AG1, Active100 by zero nutrition and of course Bryan Johnson’s blueprint longevity mix - yet none of them had any benefits on my energy/mood. It felt like I was throwing money out of the windows. So I was super suspicious regarding this one. On day one, 1h after drinking, I felt great and energized without the need of coffee (which means a lot!) and that energy lasted all day long, sharp focus, no crashes. I was super productive that day and motivated to workout.Day 2 ? Same! Day 3 ? Again! So yeah that’s a pretty good supplement despite i have already been taking omegas, magnesium for years.
