I am interested to purchase the US Powerball ticket through TheLotter site online from overseas. However when I googled the Powerball.com, it said Powerball tickets cannot be purchased through the internet. It further said if you buy Powerball tickets through the internet and won, you won't be paid. I'm a bit confused so please clarify on that. Thank you. Ismael
