Initial satisfaction has turned into frustration

I have been using this service for 2 years and initially rated it 5 stars, but now I'm forced to lower my rating to 2 stars. I requested a withdrawal on November 27, and as of December 3, the funds are still not in my account. I reached out to the support team via live chat, but that has been problematic too. Each time I initiate a chat to explain my issue, I end up waiting over 20 minutes for a response. While I understand they may be busy, I expect a resolution or at least an update when I log back in. Instead, I find myself in a new chat, having to repeat my situation and wait another 20 minutes. This is unacceptable! Why is my withdrawal taking so long? If small amounts face such delays, what happens when someone wins a significant amount?
