I was instructed to provide verification proof, which I submitted a few days ago, but my account remains frozen, and I have received no updates despite having funds in my account. I would caution anyone considering using this service to do so at their own risk, as their communication team is unreliable. Additionally, withdrawing funds is a significant challenge, while deposits are processed swiftly. It is unacceptable for clients to be treated this way. Please unfreeze my account so I can access my balance.
