I’ve been using theLotter website and app for a while now, and overall the platform works fine. The interface is user-friendly, and purchasing tickets is generally smooth.
However, I’ve been facing an issue with the iCash payment option. It works sometimes, but other times it simply doesn’t go through, which is quite inconvenient. I raised a support ticket regarding this issue three days ago, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any resolution, email update, or call from the theLotter team yet.
Additionally, the live chat support feels very slow in responding, which makes the whole experience frustrating when you need urgent assistance.
I hope the team looks into these issues seriously and provides a proper resolution at the earliest. With better and faster customer support, the overall experience would be much better.
