Shady company - Do not spend your money here

Do not spend your money at this company. I bought an outfit on 11/12/22 and received an automatic email saying that my items would ship within 5-8 business days and that I would receive tracking information. Over three weeks later I did not receive my items or any updates on my order. At this point I reach out for an update. After no response, I submitted a dispute through my credit card agency. After a few more days, Lori responded to my update request saying that one of my items is back ordered and would not be ready for another couple of weeks, but let me know she could send the rest of the outfit. Out of respect for everyone’s time and the company, I was transparent and explained that I had already submitted a dispute with my credit card agency due to the lack of communication after making my order and said it would be best to cancel my order at this time. I thought this would be the end of it, but unfortunately Lori pushed me to take the items over and over again via email. I made it clear to cancel my order but the next thing I know, the company is now sending me tracking information for part of my order. My last email to Lori made it clear that I’ve asked 4 times now to cancel the order and if they were to send the items anyways I would write a poor review.EDIT: 2/1/23 - This company went as far as submitting falsified documents to my credit card agency. The submitted documents included a shipping label for the items I stated four times not to send and an altered (and partial) email chain where they removed the statement, "it would be best to cancel my pending order."Anyways, all I had to do after that was submit the unaltered email chain to my credit card agency to clear it up. It was an added inconvenience, and certainly frustrating that this company is this unethical and desperate enough to steal your money in any way possible.
