Fragile fabric, AWFUL customer service

Fragile fabric, HORRIBLE customer service. The piece I got was basically falling apart the second we took it out of the package so I thought, I'll try to get a new one that is less fragile before an upcoming festival. Refunds not accepted. They gave me store credit but took so long to get back to me that the festival I bought it for had already passed. I sent my original piece back to them already so I couldn't even wear that one. Do NOT buy from them please.
