I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I traveled from Paris to Dubai specifically to consign my bag at your boutique, investing significant time and money. Unfortunately, my bag was rejected due to authentication issues. I don't understand why clients are encouraged to consign items if your team cannot authenticate them. This experience has made me hesitant to consign other valuable pieces in the future.
