Be careful selling with them. I feel they're scamming people. I issued a designer couture item for valuation. The brand itself told me the item would be valued over 20,000, easily. They sent me an "approve now" offer for no more than $600 (!) "determined through comprehensive market research and analysis of current demand prices" which is complete nonsense. Even the non-coutoure items sell for 5-6000. On their site they contradict their own valuation and don't have anything similar selling for less than a few thousand. I asked them what they based their valuation on, and someone named Swati said they would re-assess and get back to me in 3 days. They never got back to me.Total scam. They don't seem to know anything about authenticity valuation of the products.
