Couldn't be happier. My 1st order. Great price and extremely speedy delivery from Dubai (DHL). Very impressed. Also I appreciated a call from company to let me know there is (and how much) tax to be paid on arrival (which I knew will be the case).

Luxury Closet

Luxury Closet based in Dubai are absolutely dreadful. They give you an offer for your items, in my case 3 Chanel bags, you send them to them. Then comes the authentication process. In my case they say my bags which had receipts were inauthentic. They then ask you for 100 dollars per bag for their return. So I paid for their return and now they keep asking for an itinerary of the return. They have expressed that they will destroy my bags in 4 days within the rules of the UAE law! I have explained that my bank won't let me do screenshots because of its security settings but they appear to be a bit thick! I will never send them anything ever again to them to sell. The customer service is very poor as they pass you from person to person so you have to explain over and over again. Absolutely dreadful company.

Gold stars door to door service.
