I ordered some eyeglasses

I ordered some eyeglasses. These were very important as mine had broken and then all of a sudden I got an email saying the order was canceled at a refund with no explanation. You would’ve thought they would’ve at least explained why they canceled my order so now not only do I have glasses? I have to wait for the refund to return to my account. Absolutely horrible experience.
