We used Vish and his colleague Devangi for the first time this year, to book our holiday to Mauritius! This was our first overseas trip since Covid, no pressure! They were very knowledgable and also prompt at coming back with queries. It couldn’t have been easier, to be honest especially when the two of us were working really long hours and just didn’t have the time to do any research. They were sensitive to our pricing point and not pushy at all, so altogether a great experience. I also found them personally responsive, to the point that the day before our flight we were unable to check in online and they immediately jumped onto it and contacted the airline who was experiencing technical difficulties. I must say I was impressed as to the lengths they went and how completely calm and reassuring they were! We certainly felt looked after! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vish and his team and look forward to booking with them again next year!
