Vish, Didi and Magda have been an incredible team for us. After booking a much needed holiday through them, Covid spiked and a personal Family situation meant I needed to change my booking. Not only were the team able to support my request, but they also managed to obtain a refund from the hotel (through their strong relationship - which they didn't need to do since Covid Policy hadn't prevented me from travelling) and gave me a credit note which was redeemable within 2 years.I couldn't have been more appreciative since I expected to lose at least some of my money as the decision to change was purely discretionary. Their attentive support and friendly demeanour meant so much to me during a very difficult time and I wasn't made to feel a nuisance at all.A year on, we were finally able to use the credit note to actually book and enjoy our holiday and every aspect of the experience has been seamless. Thank you Vishal and Team! Great work and we will be back!
