Vish, Didi and Magda have been an incredible team for us. After booking a much needed holiday through them, Covid spiked and a personal Family situation meant I needed to change my booking. Not only were the team able to support my request, but they also managed to obtain a refund from the hotel (through their strong relationship - which they didn't need to do since Covid Policy hadn't prevented me from travelling) and gave me a credit note which was redeemable within 2 years.I couldn't have been more appreciative since I expected to lose at least some of my money as the decision to change was purely discretionary. Their attentive support and friendly demeanour meant so much to me during a very difficult time and I wasn't made to feel a nuisance at all.A year on, we were finally able to use the credit note to actually book and enjoy our holiday and every aspect of the experience has been seamless.
