I had an extremely disappointing experience with The Man Company. I placed an order weeks ago and never received it. There has been no proper update, no accountability, and absolutely no effort to resolve the issue.
Their customer service is pathetic. Every time I reached out, I received the same standard, copy-paste responses that clearly show they don’t even bother to read customer queries properly. It feels like they simply don’t care once they have your money.
Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from them if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
