I am very disappointed with this company’s return process. Although they advertise a 30-day return policy, they refuse to provide a return form for a refund. Instead, they asked my husband to send photos wearing the jacket to see if a different size would work even though we clearly requested a refund, not an exchange.This feels unprofessional and unnecessary. On top of that, the quality of the jacket is not worth the price. Similar (and better) quality jackets can easily be found on Amazon.I would not recommend this company based on poor customer service and misleading return practices.
