Ordered two items in mid January 2026 for a wedding in early March 2026. Took 3+ weeks for delivery. Only one of two items were delivered. They didn't believe me when I said I didn't receive the second item, they needed pictures of the packing material. Instead of shipping a replacement right away, they waited over two weeks to ship a replacement (although I haven't gotten tracking information to track; this is just what they told me about the shipped replacement). I will NOT get item two in time for the wedding. And they would not consider refunding my money.
Like others, I feel ripped off as this is a scam. I will definitely be more careful in the future.
Avoid this company like the plague.
