I booked and paid for 2 hours to move to a home just 3 minutes away. After 1 hour of service, the company declined to make a second trip, despite me having a full hour left that I paid for. The office was inflexible and unhelpful, refusing to reduce or refund my fee. The driver was not transparent or supportive. There were no extra tasks requested apart from loading and unloading. I even offered the drivers water every 15 minutes as they worked. My house help and I assisted with loading when it wasn’t necessary. It was frustrating that the office accused me of rudeness after their own mix-up and insisted I pay for two hours while only receiving one. Please be cautious about what you contract with this company and how the drivers will treat you. Still, I didn’t decline payment as I appreciated the effort of the drivers in the first hour.
