Initially, I was disappointed that my single license did not cover my staging site as well as my live site. Rodica in customer service saw my woeful complaint and offerd me a temporary extra licenses during the build so I did not have to purchase more thanI needed. To be listened to and get a response and fair solution is all I could ask for. It took a stressful situation and made it a happy one
